About the Organization
Be a volunteer and create meaningful change
Sister Schools Sports and Infrastructure (SSSI) is an international development initiative dedicated to strengthening youth development, educational engagement, and community resilience through sports and school infrastructure partnerships. In our pilot program, the organization works to connect schools in Haiti with partner schools and institutions around the world in order to create sustainable collaborations that improve sports programs, infrastructure, educational opportunities, and leadership development for young people. Through sports, education, and international cooperation, the initiative seeks to empower youth while strengthening schools as centers of community development.
THE CHALLENGE IN HAITI
Unfortunately, in many schools across Haiti, the conditions necessary for sports participation remain limited
Schools often lack:
Safe sports infrastructure,
Secure and well-maintained facilities for all students.
Appropriate equipment
Proper gear and supplies for safe play.
Dedicated sports spaces
Designated areas for practice and competition.
Trained coaches
Qualified mentors to guide and inspire youth.
Structured sports programs
Organized activities that build skills and teamwork.

Involving families to support student athletes.
OUR SOLUTION
The program proposes an innovative approach based on partnerships between schools in Haiti and partner schools internationally. The idea is simple yet powerful: Create mutually beneficial collaborations that allow the sharing of:
